Coronet can be sown in autumn or spring. Autumn sown Coronet is ideal forage oat for winter sheep grazing and the earlier it is sown, the larger the potential yield will be. Spring sown Coronet planted between the finishing of winter crops and the start of the spring sown pastures or crops, will provide good quality spring feed for silage.
