Bred from a combination of late and mid heading Spanish perennial ryegrasses, Prospect is suitable for dairy farmers with its dense pasture providing persistence under insect attack and intensive grazing. Prospect is also suited to hill country development within sheep and beef farming systems. AR37 endophyte is available in bare seed or with Prillcote or Superstrike seed treatment

Prospect has been bred and tested as a perennial ryegrass, however, due to a small number of tip awns, it is certified as Lolium boucheanum
