Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Zenith is a saturation dip used to prevent flystrike and control lice in sheep. A water-based IGR dip and jetting concentrate, Zenith's active ingredient is diflubenzuron, which causes the death of blowfly larvae and lice nymphs by interfering with their moulting and growth process. Use Zenith to control flystrike for up to 12 weeks and up to 20 weeks for lice.
