Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

CRC 5.56 Lubricant Spray is suitable for loosening rusted parts, displacing water from wet equipment and removing scale and dirt. Lubricant will protect metals from corrosion caused by humidity and salt air and cleans grease and tar off painted surfaces. More specifically lubricant can be used for bike maintenance and to help start wet engines by displacing the in-electrical and ignition systems, preventing electrical failure.
