Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Dunstan's Sugarbeet Flakes are a fibre supplement for horses produced during the extraction of sugar from sugar beet. With added molasses, this ‘super fibre’ is a cool energy source that is more calorie-dense than traditional fibre sources.

Sugarbeet flakes are lightly molassed and high in calcium. Soak for 30 minutes before feeding. Sugarbeet is ideal for feeding horses of all ages, stages and workloads, including horses with respiratory conditions.

Feeding rates 0.2 to 0.5 kg dry feed per 120 to 260 kg liveweight, 0.2 to 0.8 kg dry feed per 260 to 290 kg liveweight, 0.2 to 1.3 kg dry feed per 290 to 350 kg liveweight, 0.5 to 2.0 kg dry feed per 350 to 520 kg liveweight, 1 to 3 kg dry feed per 520 to 725 kg liveweight.
How to prepare Soak five parts water to one part Sugarbeet Flakes. For example, 200 g of dry Sugarbeet requires 1 L of water to soak. Fully soak for 30 minutes. Warm water ensures faster soaking.
