Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Available as Teflon coated or standard, Shoof’s 240V Milk Warmer is ideal for calf-rearing operations. To use, simply immerse the 2,000W element encased in alloy in milk, or any other liquid, to a maximum depth of 70 cm.

The milk warmers heat 100 L of milk from 17° Celsius to 37° Celsius in approximately one hour. When finished, lift out and rinse. For warming large volumes on trailers, it is recommended to use a standard electric plug timer, set for the required time before feeding, so the milk is warm on time. Rubbing cooking oil into the element before use helps reduce milk deposits. When heating colostrum, thin the milk with warm water or stir frequently to prevent the build-up of milk on the element.

  • Choose from Teflon or standard milk warmer
  • The Teflon-coated warmer milk warmer reduces the need for cleaning milk off the element
  • For deep containers and plastic bottom containers, the machine must be suspended or stood on a suitable stand
  • Rheostat controlled
