All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Flashmate improves mating rates in cows, with the technology providing an alert, displayed as a red flashing light, for 26 hours to indicate the optimal time for insemination. The detector measures and analyses physical contact associated with the cow’s reproductive cycle.

FlashMate is the result of extensive clinical work to achieve the most accurate mode of heat detection. FlashMate is touch-sensitive and ignores trees, fences, rain and hail, avoiding false positives. Only contact with living animals is logged. Flashmate works by the onboard microchip searching for patterns of contact that is highly diagnostic of heat. 

  • No software training required
  • When a heat pattern is detected, an alert displays for 26 hours to indicate the optimal time for insemination. At this time inspect the cow
  • Unlike paint, patches and activity monitors, no interpretation or analysis of data is required
  • As FlashMate relies on contact between animals, it is not suitable for tie stall operations where cows are not associated with each other
  • FlashMate is touch sensitive and will not measure secondary signs such as movement, temperature or vocalisations from the animal
