The Solo MAX (EMPTY SHELL) provides comfortable accommodation for up to two people. Perfect for RSE workers. Fully insulated, the unit has a double-glazed secure entrance door into the living and two windows. For lighting, the unit has two internal and external lights. To finish the unit, it has two electrical sockets with fibre cement board and heavy-duty vinyl planking as flooring.

Structurally, the Solo Max models are designed with a sturdy steel frame. The recommended foundation is six steel screw piles as this option is veiwed as cost-effective and secure. Using piles ensures minimal damage to a site, and allows for relocation.

The Solo MAX (FULLY FITTED) is a single unit comprising of an open living area and ensuite. Designed as RSE seasonal worker accommodation, the unit is also ideal as a sleepout, holiday rental or as a backpacker unit in a campground.

Internally, the Solo Max Models are finished with a choice of high-grade vinyl flooring or the buyer’s choice of carpet or tiles. You can choose to include a single small sink-bench and/or wardrobe. The unit has LED lighting and numerous electrical outlets and the windows and doors are double glazed. Either side of the entrance has columns with bulkhead lighting. External features include a large glazed flush door with adjacent glazing for maximum light.

The Duet, measures just under 30m² and is 2.75m in height. The kitchen that has been designed alongside local manufacturers features a dual electric hob and space for a full-height refrigerator. Along with a separate spacious bedroom area, the unit has a full ensuite comprising of a shower, toilet and handbasin.

The walls of The Duet are finished with smart aluminium skirting and the floor can be high quality tongue and groove woodgrain vinyl or carpet. With heavy-duty aluminium double-glazed windows and doors, the unit also includes numerous LED lights and electrical outlets.

Externally, The Duet is made in contrasting grey colour steel and a rolled steel frame. The unit is designed with transporatation in mind as the two halves are joined on-site using specially designed waterproof inserts and steel capping over the joint.

The Trio is a two-bedroom compact modular home designed to maximise the internal space on offer. Sized at just under 40m², this unit comprises of a kitchen, dining and living area. A connecting corridor leads to the bedrooms plus a bathroom and laundry. The Trio includes a modern kitchen and bathroom along with a full-height double-glazed door and large aluminium double-glazed windows with attached insect screens.

All the electrical and plumbing systems are installed in New Zealand by qualified tradespeople and are ready for attachment to site services.

The home’s floors, walls and ceilings are fully insulated, and as all glass is double glazed, the home is inexpensive to heat or cool.

Fully relocatable, The Trio can be transported to a prepared site and erected in a matter of hours.
