Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

  • Manufactured with a super tough over-moulded GF nylon head and footplate. The footplate won’t bend or deform and withstands 200 kg of pressure
  • Significantly reduces tangling: The unique head is centred over the shaft with no protrusions or trapping points
  • Strong insulated shaft prevents shocks when handling
  • Blade design prevents rotation and eases installation into hard ground, plus minimises tangling points
