Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Goodnature’s A24 Smart Trap kills rats and mice on your property. Using smart technology, the trap resets automatically and keeps the rodent paste fresh. The trap has an A-Class humane rating and is 100% toxin-free making it safe for pets and children. For convenience, the app notifies you when a rodent has been killed.

The Smart Trap Kit includes 1x A24 Rat & Mouse Trap, 1x smart cap (with CR2477 battery), 1x trap stand, 1x nut butter automatic paste pump, 1x CO₂ gas canister, 3x trap location cards, 1x trap mount with screws and 1x quick start guide. Once the trap has reached 24 kills, you'll receive a message via the app reminding you it’s time to top up the CO₂ canister and rodent paste.
