Online orders can be delivered straight to your farm, orchard, lifestyle block or residential house across New Zealand. Note that at this stage, we do not offer international deliveries or deliveries to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island or Waiheke Island.

All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Before purchasing an eligible pair of boots or gumboots, customers must obtain a $50 discount voucher from Safer Farms during the Promotional Period. Customers can receive a discount voucher by either:

• visiting the Safer Farms Campaign Page on its website; or
• scanning a QR Code displayed at a participating PGW store.

By obtaining a $50 discount voucher, customers acknowledge that Safer Farms and PGW collects personal information of customers for administering the offer, verifying eligibility, or contacting customers as otherwise permitted by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law and the privacy policies of Safer Farms and PGW.

The $50 discount voucher must be used at a PGW store or using PGW's online store during the Promotional Period. Eligible boots or gumboots purchased with a $50 discount voucher can only be exchanged for a different size (if stocks are available). No other exchanges or refunds are available for eligible boots or gumboots purchased with a $50 discount voucher.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or web account holder offer. PGW and Safer Farms reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision relating to this Promotion of PGW is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
