Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Hansen’s Leveller Valve allows a minimum and maximum water level to be set when filling a tank with a pump. Installing a leveller valve enables the tank to be filled in part with rainwater and also lengthens the life of your pump with fewer on/off cycles.

  • Valve comes with a complete glass fibre reinforced nylon valve body, leveller control, 115 mm weighted HiViz threaded ball, 140 mm blue threaded float, 2.5 m cord and 32 mm, 40 mm and 50 mm adaptors
  • Adjustable minimum and maximum on/off control (50 mm to 2.5 m)
  • Suitable for pressures ranging from 0.2 bar to 12 bar
  • Unrestrictive full flow (1275 L per minute at 12 bar)
  • Soft open/close mechanism to help prevent valve bounce and water hammer
  • Use threaded outlet with a diffuser tube to eliminate turbulence
  • Manufactured from non-corrosive UV-stabilised materials
