Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Heiniger’s Isobar Winter Short Bevel Comb 97.5 mm utilises LG2 technology, allowing the comb to slide smoothly over the sheep's skin while shearing. This technology also reduces grease build-up on the back of the comb. Note, winter combs should only be paired with suitable cutters, including EDGE or XTREME, that have suitable profiles.
