Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Balanced is ideal for feeding horses who are on a pasture-only diet, on a home mixed diet that requires additional vitamins and minerals, or a horse requiring a supplement to top up pre-mixed feeds.

Feeding rates Per 500 kg horse: Foals 6 to 12 months: 0.5 kg, weanlings/yearlings: 1 kg, dry mares, early pregnant mares: 0.5 to 0.75 kg, late pregnant mares: 0.75 to 1 kg, lactating mares: 1 to 25 kg, horses in light work: 0.5 to 0.75 kg, horses in medium to intense work: 1 to 1.25 g, spellers and maintenance: 0.5 kg.
