Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

John Bull's Bronco 3.0 Safety Boots, with steel cap toe, are ideal for on-farm or industrial applications that require the toughest of safety boots along with cushioning to provide all-day comfort. These lace-up, side zip boots are wide-fitting and measure 135mm in height.

  • CushionCore 3.0 technology includes two compounds of PU injected into the midsole for the ultimate in comfort plus provides shock absorption at the heel
  • Nitrile rubber outsole has a self-clearing tread and is slip resistant, organic fat/oil resistant and electrical hazard resistant (certified to ASTM F2413-18)
  • Water resistant upper constructed from nubuck bullhide leather, with Coolmax® lining to draw moisture away from the foot
  • Comf2Bull Quad-Max footbed of a soft PU has an antibacterial and washable cushioning heel
  • Non-metallic penetration-resistant insole will resist, for example, small diameter nails
  • Durable toe guard and steel toe cap (broad fitting 200 joule impact resistant)
  • 300 degrees Celsius heat resistant sole
  • Zip coil and gusset helps prevent water, dust and mud entering the boot
