Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Made in New Zealand, the Stormforce Lady of the Land Winter Jacket is constructed with a layer of 100% waterproof ripstop fabric with sealed seams and an inner fleece lining that is breathable and waterproof thanks to its welded seams. For further protection from the elements, the jacket has a full-face storm-proof collar and hood with an improved peak design ensuring your face stays dry in a downpour.
