Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Kiwicare’s NO Cockroaches Traps provide an early indication of an infestation of cockroaches so you can act quickly. The traps capture and kill cockroaches, stored product insects and crickets.

Specifications
Ingredients Non-toxic bait pellets.
Application method Open the trap and peel the paper cover from the glue surface. Open a foil sachet containing a perforated plastic bait pouch/sachet. Place the unopened bait pouch in the centre of the glue board, with perforations uppermost. Fold the two sides of the lid over the trap and insert the tab on one side into a slot on the other side. Place the trap in a suitable place where cockroaches are or might be a problem and check traps regularly.
Application timing Apply at the first sign of insect pests at any time of the year.
Suitable for Controlling cockroaches, stored product insects and crickets.
