Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).

Weed Weapon Preventer is a pre-emergent herbicide used as a barrier to weed emergence around existing plants. This granular barrier suppresses weeds, providing long-term control of up to three months.

  • Controls common weeds, including hard-to-kill bulbous weeds, prior to emergence

Specifications
Ingredients 20 g/kg Oxadiazon and 5 g/kg Simazine in the form of a granule.
Pack Size 200 g
Recycling Recycle safely using Agrecovery, New Zealand's solution for the safe disposal of unwanted agrichemicals, and the recycling or recovery of empty containers, drums and IBCs.
Application method Clear existing weeds by weeding or by using Weed Weapon Extra Strength or Rapid Action. Once the weeds have been cleared, evenly sprinkle 20 g granules per square metre on bare soil surface. Water in with 2 hours gentle sprinkler or moderate/heavy rain (at least 10 mm). Repeat application when weeds begin to appear, or every three months.
Application timing Use before weed emergence.
Controls Controls common weeds, including hard to kill bulbous weeds, prior to emergence.
Suitable for Long term weed prevention.
