To assist with hive inspections, use a smoker to mask pheromones in a hive, keeping your bees calm. The smoker is galvanised, with easy-open lid and strong PVC bellow meaning this product is built to last.
Fuel options available for the smoker include hessian, burlap, pine needles or corrugated cardboard, or for a longer burning time, use smoker fuel. For safety remember not to tilt a smoker backwards when lighting it as this may cause hot embers to enter the bellows.
