Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Featuring a new design, you can quickly change the easy installed auger shaft bit with a secure pin. With two speeds, the 40V tool is effective against a variety of materials. The reverse switch allows for easy removal from material while the handle offers maximum control during drilling. A torque limiter adds an extra safety layer of protection.
