Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

MaxCare’s Lamb & Kid Bottle 700 ml is an easy and convenient way of feeding milk replacer or colostrum when artificially rearing lambs and/or kids. The bottle is made from BPA-free PET plastic (polyethylene terephthalate) and comes with a Pritchard screw-on teat.

Pritchard’s screw-on lamb teat is designed with a flutter valve that lets air back into the bottle as the lamb is drinking. The teat has a yellow plastic base and a soft red latex drinking nipple. Keep the bottle and teat out of sunlight and wash in mild warm water.
