All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00
All orders that are more than 100kg in total and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $100.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Taipan Balansa Clover is mid-maturing, suiting a range of soil types. An annual clover offering strong spring production, excellent quality, and the ability to tolerate waterlogged soils. With high dry matter production, Taipan can be grown for quality hay or as part of a perennial pasture system.

Balansa clover (Trifolium balansae) has high levels of hard seed. This means Taipan offers flexibility when seasons are dry and performs in various soil types in areas of medium rainfall. 

  • Mid-season annual clover providing early spring feed
  • Increased winter/early spring production compared to sub clover cultivars
  • Good adaptability across a range of soil types and pH levels
  • Tolerates periods of waterlogging
  • Suited to pasture mixes with Winter Star II, Feast® II, Lush AR37 and Supercruise ryegrasses

Grazing method Initial grazings of Taipan should be light and occur once seedlings are firmly established and cannot be pulled out or trampled by grazing livestock. The first grazing is usually about six weeks or more after sowing. Given the seed-hardiness of balansa cl, it will continue to contribute to the pasture sward., some seeds will continue to germinate over time. If allowed to set seed in the first season
