All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00
All orders that are more than 100kg in total and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $100.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Philmac OptiPhil Valve is an above water valve providing flow up to 847L/min and prevents pump short cycling, saving your pump and energy.

This valve uses a Smooth-Flo design to optimise water flow out of the valve and reduces turbulance, minimises float bounce, cuts water spray, and saves your pump. Patented design prevents blockages and improves performance in dirty water. The soft-close design prevents water-hammer and ensures reliable shut off.

  • 12bar Static shut-off
  • 847 L/min flow rate at 12Bar
  • 0.1 - 12 bar working pressure (minimum 1L/minute)
  • 1-60 degrees celsius suitable water temperature.
