Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Quick Coupler Valves are underground water access point to allow water to be drawn from a pressurised pipeline without the permanent installation of taps or standpipes. Using a Quick Coupler Valves Rising Key (sold separately), farmers can quickly connect a hose or portable water system at multiple locations throughout a paddock or race.

How does it work? The quick couple valve is connected to the buried water main. The valve remains sealed, protected below ground level when not in use. When water is needed, insert the Quick Coupler Valve Rising Key into the valve. Inserting the key automatically opens the valve, allowing the water to flow. To close the valve and stop the water flow, remove the key.

  • Greater convenience - gives you fast access to water at any point along the reticulation system.
  • Easily connect hoses, troughs, washdown equipment or temporary water supplies for portable watering.
  • Reduces infrastructure cost by eliminating the need for multiple permanent taps or above ground pipework.
  • Valve is protected by remaining below ground when not in use.
  • Ideal for flexible grazing systems, break feeding, stockwater developments and remote-collar enabled farms.
  • Offers greater efficiency by providing water only when and where it is needed.
  • Quick Coupler Valve and Riser Key must be used together. They are sold separately.
  • Quick coupler valves are available in 20mm and 25mm.
