Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Feeding rates Idle/spelling horses 500g per 500kg bodyweight, light exercise 600g per 500kg bodyweight, moderate exercise 800g per 500kg bodyweight, intense exercise 1kg per 500kg bodyweight, pregnant and lactating mares 1kg per 500kg bodyweight, breeding stallions: 1kg per 500 kg bodyweight and weanlings, yearlings and 2 YO’s 1kg per 500 kg bodyweight.
How to prepare Divide feeds into two or more smaller meals if feeding more than 0.5 kg per 100 kg of bodyweight in 'hard feed' per day. Feed in conjunction with ample forage (pasture, hay and/or chaff).
