Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The spray uses pyrethrins, an extract from chrysanthemum daisies that acts as nature’s own protection against insects. Choose between 12 or 24-hour settings. Raid Advanced contains synthetic ingredients including piperonyl butoxide to enhance the killing power of natural pyrethrins. Contains 1x holder, 1x unique automatic dispenser, 1x refill, 1x 9V battery and 1x wall bracket (screws not included).
