Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

An all-in-one water system that controls flies and helps prevent heat stress in dairy cows while they are in the yard or on the milking platform. The Cool Cow Mister Kit Complete has everything you need to install the system and it connects easily to the wash-down pump when set up.

The kit includes 65 m of 4 mm ID heavy-wall plastic delivery line, plus all the fittings required to plumb the system to a wash-down pump pressure line including a main tap, line filter and line cutting tool. The plastic line is routed around the milking platform, herringbone or rotary. The line is then cut at regular points to install the push-fit mister couplings (up to 30). The brass misters are then screwed into the couplings. With the main tap on, the water mist system operates when the yard pump is turned on.
