Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

This non-toxic solution provides reliable and consistent testing of mastitis and is coloured blue for easy identification. One litre of solution tests 50 cows. Add the solution to the RMT paddle in equal quantity as the milk. The coagulation of the milk sample indicates a high concentration of somatic cells.
