Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The stainless Milk Warmer Heat Exchanger removes the hassle of cleaning your milk warmer by helping remove any build-up of milk solids on the heating element. This makes warming milk or colostrum, and subsequent cleaning, a simpler process.

  • To clean, fill with warm or cold water, then place into the full milk container. The Heat Exchanger takes up to 15 L of water. Short legs keep the exchanger off the bottom and the handles serve as suspension 'hooks'
  • Reduces element and milk solids build-up
  • Stainless steel construction
  • Heats slower than direct immersion of milk warmer but eliminates the need for timely cleaning and the risk of element failure
  • Stir milk occasionally to ensure heated through properly
  • Note, water temperatures over 55°C can create fat build-up on the exchanger
