Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).

Shoof's Taragate Prodder delivers a reliable output of 6,900 V. It is battery-operated, rechargeable, water-resistant, prodder with polycarbonate shaft and on-off switch.

The battery and motor compartments are fully-sealed. It comes supplied with 240 v and 12 v chargers that connect to an external plug on the handle. The Ni-Cd battery is resistant to memory and over-charging. A red light indicates charging. Green light indicates charging is complete. A full charge, from flat, should take between 8-10 hours. Each battery should last 500 cycles. The on/off switch prevents accidental use and eliminates residual shock. The shafts are constructed of polycarbonate and features an O-ring seal to ensure contacts stay dry. Unit can cope with short-term immersion in water (or water resistant to IP45).
