Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

For trimming the tails of dairy cows, attach the Tailwell Tail Trimmer to a 14-volt cordless power drill with an operating speed of 1,200 to 1,750rpm. Powered by a Li-ion 1.5Amh 14V drill battery, the Tailwell trims approximately 70 tails per charge.

Attach the Tailwell to clean tails and it should stay sharp and cut around 2,000 tails. Sharpening the trimmer is simple - use the tools supplied to open the drive case and apply honing paste to the cutter faces. Lubricate the trimmer regularly with the supplied oil every 30 to 40 tails. The trimmer has three moving parts with one being the self-lubricating sliding-block rotator bearing which is subject to wear.
