Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

These include fleas, cockroaches, ants, caterpillars and poultry red mites. This 100% organic product has no withholding periods.

Diatomaceous earth (DE) controls insects such as fleas, cockroaches, ants, caterpillars and poultry red mites and is effective long-term. DE can be applied to your pet's bedding and inside their housing including dog kennels and chicken coops, or spread in your vegetable patch for controlling aphids and caterpillars without harming earthworms. For poultry, place DE in the darkest corners, crevasses, perches and nesting areas to control red mites.
