Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Speedrite’s 31000W Mains Energizer powers up to 170 hectares, producing 30 J maximum output energy (45 J stored energy). This energizer is ideal for farmers wanting to monitor their fencing system using the Datamars Livestock Farm App directly from a phone.

Using the app you can check the voltage, turn the energizer on/off, and configure the settings and a remote address (fence remote sold separately). You can also receive notifications when the voltage drops. If a fault occurs on the fence line, use the app to turn the energizer off so the fault can be repaired immediately. Then simply turn the energizer back on via the app to check the voltage is back to normal.
