All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

For the control of rats and mice, Storm® Secure bait from BASF contains a powerful second-generation anticoagulant rodenticide in the form of a palatable compressed cereal grain block. The bait can be used in and around industrial, commercial, agricultural and residential buildings.

For use both indoors and out, a lethal dose of Storm® Secure from BASF can be consumed in a single feed with the rodents then dying within three to five days. To help prevent accidental human consumption, Storm Secure bait contains Bitrex.

Application method Place baits in areas frequented by rats and mice. Do not place baits in areas accessible to children, pets, domestic animals and non-target wildlife or locations liable to flooding. Remove alternative food sources as much as possible.
