Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

For a BioGro NZ certified effective Varroa treatment, Thymovar Wafers are thymol-based. To control Varroa mites, concentrations of thymol vapor build up to toxic levels, affecting the mites while remaining safe for bees.

Two applications of a single wafer per brood chamber are needed at an interval of three to four weeks. Treat hives in the late summer to early autumn. Note, do not use in the hive where comb honey is to be collected.

Ingredients Contains the volatile oil thymol.
How to prepare Two applications of one wafer per brood chamber at a 3-4 week interval. Open the sealed sachet containing 5 wafers. Place one wafer (cut in half) on top of the brood chamber. Use two wafers uncut for a double storey box of chambers. Wafers can be cut with a pair of scissors. Close the hive as usual. Open floors have to be closed. Repeat the application of wafers 3-4 weeks later. Remove used wafers after 3-4 weeks. After opening the sealed sachet all wafers should be used immediately. The wafer does not need to be removed from the hive after the treatment period, any remaining debris can be simply scraped or removed from the top bars.
Suitable for Varroa mite control in beehives.
