All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Timms Possum Traps have been used by Kiwi’s reliably for the last 30 years. The trap humanely kills possums and is safe to use around the house, on orchards and lifestyle blocks. The possum trap is easy to set up – simply pull a string located at the back of the trap to activate.

The trap is constructed as a yellow plastic box with a hole in the front that the possum puts its head into to access the bait. Inside the box is a spring-loaded bar that strikes the possum under the chin, cutting off the possum’s wind-pipe so the possum falls unconscious and dies from lack of oxygen. Set the trap up anywhere - just be careful of your domestic pets.
