All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The Tru-Test SRS2i EID Stick Reader allows you to keep track of individual animals by recording information such as EIDs, pre-loaded VID numbers and session count. Easy to use, the reader can be used with cattle, sheep and deer.

The reader is compatible with NAIT and NLIS tags and has a large memory containing the information from 250,000 scanned tags. The reader uses Bluetooth® wireless technology to connect to a Weigh Scale Indicator or other devices, allowing session information to be easily sent via a smartphone.
