| Application method | For sowing in garden beds: Add a layer of Tui Seed Raising Mix to the sowing area. Make shallow furrows in the mix, and water well. Sow the seed as directed on the packet. Lightly cover with Tui Seed Raising Mix. Press soil gently. Water lightly and regularly. Sowing in containers and trays: Fill your container with Tui Seed Raising Mix up to 1 cm from the top. Water lightly to ensure the mix is moist. Sow the seed as directed on the packet. Lightly cover with Tui Seed Raising Mix. Cover your container with glass or a light plastic bag to retain moisture and warmth for germination and place in a warm spot. Water lightly and regularly. |
