All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

All our return conditions are set in the PGW Terms of Sale / Trade. Exclusions apply.

Specifications
Ingredients Cereals and/or cereal by-products, meat and animal by-products and fats derived from beef and/or sheep and/or poultry and/or goat and/or venison, natural flavours and/or vegetable oil, salt, vitamins and minerals, and natural colour.
Feeding rates Amount based on number of biscuits (1 biscuit = approx 35 g). Toy dog (size) weighing less than 5 kg, feed 1 to 4 biscuits at 40 to 120 g. For a small dog weighing 5 to 10 kg, feed 4 to 6 biscuits at 120 to 200 g. For a medium-sized dog weighing 10 to 25 kg, feed 6 to 11 biscuits at 200 to 390 g. For Large dogs weighing 25 to 45 kg, feed 11 to 18 biscuits at 390 to 600 g. For a giant-sized dog weighing 45 kg + - feed 18 + biscuits at 600 g+. Note + 1 or 2 biscuits/day for every 5 kg body weight over 45 kg.
