Web Account Users – Terms and Conditions

1 TERMS

1.1.    A ‘Web Account User’ is an individual or organisation who has registered at https://store.pggwrightson.co.nz/customer/account/create/ for a online retail web account and who chooses to access the PGG Wrightson online retail store (found at store.pggwrightson.co.nz/) through their online retail web account (Web Account User).

1.2.    Web Account Users have access to certain perks listed below and functionalities which are not available to other users of the online retail store, including faster checkout, and order history (Perks).   

1.3.    These terms apply to the provision of Perks to Web Account Users (Terms).  

1.4.    Online retail web accounts are not linked to PGG Wrightson Customer Accounts  and do not create PGG Wrightson Customer Accounts.

2 WEB ACCOUNT USER PERKS

Perks are subject to change at the discretion of PGG Wrightson. Currently, PGG Wrightson has the following Perks on offer for Web Account Users: 

2.1.    Sign up Voucher: 

•    New Web Account Users are entitled to a $10 discount on their initial online purchase equal to or over $50 incl. GST. 
•    The $10 discount will be available via a promotional voucher code sent via email to the Web Account User. The email address will be the one provided by the Web Account User. 
•    The $10 discount is valid for 30 days from date of issuance.
•    The $10 discount can only be used with one online purchase on store.pggwrightson.co.nz.
•    Individuals or organisations who create multiple web accounts will not be entitled to any additional $10 discounts / vouchers. 

2.2.    Free Shipping:

•    Free shipping applies to existing Web Account Users only.
•    Free shipping only applies to purchases made in the ‘clothing’ and ‘footwear’ categories (found here: clothing store.pggwrightson.co.nz/clothing and footwear store.pggwrightson.co.nz/clothing/footwear). 
•    To benefit from free shipping, the combined value of clothing and footwear items in an online order must be at least $50 incl. GST. 
•    Free shipping only applies to standard courier at a maximum charge of $15. Your order must fit into two to three standard courier parcels that are less than 50kg in total.
•    Free shipping does not apply when other items not included in the ‘clothing’ and ‘footwear’ categories are purchased as part of a single transaction. 
•    Please refer to https://store.pggwrightson.co.nz/delivery for delivery zone exclusions.
•    Free shipping does not apply to orders that will incur freight charges. 
•    Free shipping is only applicable to orders placed on the online retail store. 

3 GENERAL

3.1.    PGG Wrightson may, at any time, modify, update or amend these Terms without prior notification and at its sole discretion.  

3.2.    Nothing in these Terms creates or confers a right on the Web Account User which may be enforced against PGG Wrightson.
