Cydectin® Long Acting Injection for Sheep features the active ingredient moxidectin, the most potent of the macrocyclic lactones (MLs) drenches. This treatment is also effective against worms with resistance to other anthelmintics drenches. Recommended for use in ewes pre-lamb, hoggets in summer/autumn for extended roundworm and/or barber's pole control and to help reduce the incidence of hogget pneumonia through less frequent yarding and drenching.
