Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

CobalJect B12 1000 treats and controls a cobalt deficiency in cattle and sheep including calves and lambs. Choose from plain or selenium, with the latter used to manage a selenium deficiency. Deficiencies in the soil and/or pasture can lead to a lack of Vitamin B12 in animal body tissue and therefore needs attending to.
