Do I need to be a PGG Wrightson customer to purchase online?

No, the only requirement to purchase through this website is to have a credit or debit card. You do not have to be a PGG Wrightson account holder.

Do I need to create a Web Account to purchase online?

No, you can check out as a guest user at any time. We do however encourage you to create a Web Account if you would like to check your order status, access order history, create your own shopping lists or process returns online.

I am a PGG Wrightson customer with a trade account. Can I order items and charge to my account?

At this stage, only credit and debit card payments are accepted as a form of payment. We will be working on offering a charge to account option soon. If however you see items you wish to order, charge to your account and collect in store, your local PGG Wrightson store will be happy to accommodate where possible. Feel free to contact them via phone or email using the contact details provided on our Store Finder.

Can someone else pick up a Click & Collect order for me in store if my name is on the order confirmation?

Yes, but please make sure they have the order confirmation (printed or on their phone) and a form of ID to present when they come to collect your items.

Why might it take extra days for my Click & Collect order to be ready to pick up in store?

PGG Wrightson holds a large amount of stock across its entire network. However in some instances, one of the products you order may not be held in your selected pick up store. As there are 92 PGG Wrightson stores across the country, it is highly likely the product will be available in another store close by. The extra days allocated for Click & Collect orders are just to allocate for these situations where items will need to be picked, packed and transferred between stores to ensure your order is complete when you come in. There is no extra delivery charge to you for this service.

I have returned a product and been told a refund to my credit card had been processed, but I couldn’t see anything when I checked my bank account?

All our credit card refunds can take 2 to 5 working days to be processed. Our customer service team will advise of accurate timeframes when contacted. If you haven’t seen your refund processed past 5 working days, please contact us with your online order reference on 0800 10 22 76.

Why are some products available for online purchase and others are not?

As you spend time on the PGG Wrightson online store website, you will notice some products that can be added to cart and others which direct you to “Enquire Now”, which is a form you can fill online. One of the reasons a product may not be available for purchase online is because some products may not be suitable for every farm, lifestyle block or orchard situation so we would like to have a chat to you first. Using PGG Wrightson’s staff and their technical knowledge, we can ensure you are purchasing the right product.

Another reason is that the product may require a unique shipping scenario, may need to be customised or be only supplied in bulk. In this case, our helpful customer service team will help you get the right product to your door once you complete the form.

Why are some products available for home delivery and others are Click & Collect In Store only?

On some product pages, you may see some products are only available for pick up in store and have no home delivery option. This is largely because some of our products are classified as dangerous or fragile goods, and therefore are unable to be dispatched by courier or freight.

Can I use a PGG Wrightson gift card online?

Unfortunately, PGG Wrightson gift cards cannot be purchased or used to make an online purchase at this stage. We will be working on enabling this in the future.

Can I change my order after I receive the order confirmation via email?

Once you have processed your payment online, your order unfortunately cannot be changed unless agreed by A PGW Customer Representative. You may however still be able to cancel your order by ringing 0800 10 22 76, providing your order hasn’t been dispatched already.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

Please ring our customer service team on 0800 10 22 76 to check on your order status. If your order has not been dispatched yet, then you will be able to cancel your order and get a refund through our customer service team. If your order has already been dispatched, then you will be unable to cancel your order and will need to follow the return process, noting that in this case your delivery charge will not be reimbursed.
