Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Kiwicare’s NO Borer Total Wood Protection is a concentrated formulation. Low odour, fire safe and deep penetrating, this product protects wood from borer and other wood boring insects.

  • Contains oils and surfactants to penetrate deep into the wood
  • Dilute with water for improved safety
  • Easy to use, with no offensive odour
  • Long-lasting timber protection from wood boring insects including common borer, native borer and two-tooth borer
  • Active ingredient: 10 g per L of permethrin
  • Dilute with water or a solvent such as turpentine or kerosene
  • For decorative wood, firstly test a small area
  • Areas of high UV light may require re-treatment after five years
Specifications
Ingredients 10 g per L of permethrin.
Application method Concentrate: Shake well before use. Dilute 100 ml concentrate per 1 litre of water. Brush or spray liberally onto all unsealed timbers. For the longest protection, apply a second coat after the first has soaked in (usually 2 to 6 hours). Use the entire contents of the diluted mix within 48 hours. Can also be mixed with turpentine or kerosene (instead of water) at the same dilution rate of 100 ml per litre.
Application timing Apply at the first sign of insect pests at any time of the year.
Controls Common borer, native borer and two-tooth borer.
