Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

The boots are designed to be anti-static, with a fuel oil resistant PU outsole, elastic sides and steel toecaps. Complies with safety standard AS/NZS 2210.3 and is heat resistant to 120 degrees Celsius and also resistant to organic oils and fats.

Care Instructions To keep footwear in usable conditions it is recommended to maintain it always clean and polished. If wet shoes should be dried at room temperature. Never heat at stove.
