All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Horticultural Twine is a specialised trellis twine used to support kiwifruit vines and other fruit and vegetables during their growth period. The twine is strong enough to prevent vine slippage.
