Easy Returns
Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.
There are three effortless ways to process a return:
Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.
All credit and debit card transactions are fully managed through a dedicated payment gateway hosted by Windcave. At the time of a purchase, your card details are sent directly to Windcave, who offer full end-to-end encryption. This technology is designed by Windcave to prevent any unauthorised viewing and downloading of your payment information. At no point does PGG Wrightson has access to, or store any of your credit or debit card information.

This fencing system is cost-effective to install, taking less labour time and material cost compared to a post and batten fence. The hollow inner core is free of centre wire, allowing for easy lifting using handling equipment. Manufactured from medium coatweight zinc aluminium wire for extended life.
