Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Cyrex Liquid for sheep effectively controls flies, maggots and lice in sheep. Contains the active ingredients cyromazine and spinosad to actively control and treat blowfly strike for up to 12 weeks and lice on fine wool (merino) and coarse wool breeds.

Cyrex Liquid protects sheep from blowfly for up to 12 weeks and lice on wool strains that are resistant to synthetic pyrethroids. The withholding period for milk is 35 days and meat is 7 days. For wool, ensure the time between dipping and subsequent shearing is at least two months, except in the case of spot treatment for fly strike.

  • Two proven active ingredients: 12.5 g per L of spinosad and 500 g per L of cyromazine. Spinosad provides knockdown control of blowflies, maggot and lice while cyromazine provides up to 12 weeks protection against blowfly strike
  • Safe for operators and sheep
  • No known resistance in New Zealand to the active ingredients
  • Apply through jetting, shower dip or flystrike dressing before flystrike is detected, ideally docking or weaning
  • To control lice, apply in autumn
  • Both active ingredients have favourable environmental safety profiles
