Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Formulated to disinfect animal housing and rearing sheds, Keno™cox is a broad-spectrum disinfectant effective against bacteria, viruses, yeasts and protozoa including oocysts responsible for coccidiosis. For ease and convenience, Keno™cox can be applied to any surface.

Specifications
Application method Spray surfaces until they are wet and allow a minimum contact time of 30 minutes to control bacteria, yeasts and viruses and two hours for Coccidiosis and Cryptosporidiosis. Do not allow the product or its residues to come into direct contact with animals, plants or seeds. Do not use on milk contact surfaces including milk collection, processing and storage equipment.
Dose Rate 2.5 ml Kenocox and water to 1 L for the control of bacteria and yeasts and 10 ml Kenocox and water to 1 L for the control of viruses. To control oocysts responsible for Coccidiosis and Cryptosporidiosis – 20 to 40 ml Kenocox and water to 1 L.
Suitable for Disinfectant.
