All orders that can fit into one standard courier parcel that is 25kg or less and 0.125mᶟ. $9.00
All orders that can fit into two to three standard courier parcels that equal less than 50kg in total. $15.00
All orders that are 50 to 100kg and cannot fit into less than three standard courier parcels. $50.00

Easy Returns

Products ordered online can be returned within 30 working days of taking delivery of the products, provided they meet our return conditions. The goods can be either refunded, replaced or exchanged.

There are three effortless ways to process a return:

  • Processing a return online: Sign into your PGG Wrightson Web Account and look for "Returns" on your left menu and follow the steps.
  • Returning a product in store: Head into your local PGG Wrightson store with your packaged product and your online order reference (in print or electronic version).
  • Contacting our customer service team: Ring 0800 10 22 76 and our customer service team will take you through the steps to return the product to us.

Active Teat Conditioner increases overall teat condition and provides protection in wintery weather conditions. Using this product will leave teats supple and less prone to drying and cracking. 

  • Contains quality skincare ingredients including aloe vera, allantoin, and Manuka honey
  • Increases overall teat condition in dairy cows
  • Leaves teats supple and less prone to drying and cracking, particularly around early lactation and in wintery conditions
  • Contains glycerine 300 g per L, sorbitol 440 g per L, with aloe vera 20 g per L (as an extract) and allantoin 3 g per L
